STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING

Yoga on surf board, Coulmbia River OR

A Different Yoga Practice. The postures we explore on the SUP may be familiar to you, but they will feel new. Your core muscles will be working continuously to find balance. You'll likely notice that your practice on land benefits too, from a stronger and deeply rooted foundation.

This is a playful yoga practice. An exploration of fun, serenity, and environment: laughter when you fall in for the first time, awe when you see the view and complete peace when you lay your head back for a floating Savasana.

Traditional SUP tours are offered regularly, too, for those who don't want the bendy yoga experience but want something simple and relaxing on the beautiful Columbia River.
