Careers & Seasonal Job Opportunities

Work with a team that's fun, supportive, and feels like a family!

Kind people are our kind of people.

The heart of good hospitality is showing kindness to strangers.

This is the core of what we do at the Balch — for our guests, and each other. The Balch Hotel is a special place, not in small part because of the amazing people who keep it running, and because of the spirit of teamwork and family that make us look forward to coming to work every day. Whether serving (or creating) outstanding food, pouring beer and wine with finesse, keeping our one-of-a-kind rooms clean and welcoming, or hustling in the excitement of weddings — everything we do here is done with pride, collaboration, and kindness. (The tips don't hurt either.)

If this sounds like your vibe, let's talk about finding a place for you on our team.
