KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

A REFUGE FOR ADULTS

We respectfully require overnight guests be ages 10+. A lack of modern sound-proofing, absence of TVs, and priceless antiques make lodging with us most appropriate for older youth and adults.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please be aware that all guest rooms are accessed by 1 or 2 flights of stairs. We do not currently have an elevator, a complex engineering challenge for a historic landmark.

GUEST ROOMS "UNPLUGGED"

Rooms are refreshingly tech-free (no phones, TVs), which extends to microwaves and fridges. We have great Wi-fi, however, and may allow use of a common fridge and microwave on request.

OUR REVIEWS

What guests are saying:

"Incredible hotel with charm and restored with care. Spend the night on a whim after a long road trip and it was one of our favorite experiences. Dinner at the bistro was great, fantastic wine selection and a beautiful patio dining area. Room had one of the best views of Mt Hood I've seen. Super friendly hotel kitten visiting us during breakfast was an added bonus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

BRENDON BURTON, 5/5 GOOGLE REVIEW 2022

"Incredible place! Beautiful building, so much history and so much to take in! Room was very clean, and bed comfortable. Shared bathroom with one more room but very clean and no issues. Lots to see in vicinity – waterfalls, ghost towns, painted hills and more. We will be back!"
