Spring Blessings!
Finally. After weeks of winter wonderland, the skies are lifting, sun is out, green is evident and snow is becoming a memory. Spring is on Her way.

This Spring feels like a blessing after a long winter’s nap. A promise of more…but what? Hammock time and spring flings are wishful thinking. Or are they?

We visited a local winery and easily enjoyed being outside on the deck. Afterward, a short hike followed by dinner nearby, to finish the trip. Bliss!

Getting outside into fresh air—hiking, gardening, biking are great antidotes to an otherwise sluggish mood after a long winter indoors. Crucial, actually.

If you’re feeling Spring Fever, a short hop to a nearby getaway for a couple of days can really blow the cobwebs out and invite new direction!
{Hot tip: Spring skiing and snowshoeing are amazing at higher elevations and the crowds disappear—and you know we have snowshoes, right? Mt Hood is an hour and the snow-park is just 20 minutes away!}

And while we can’t currently boast 80-degree temps, it’s bright and sunny here more days than not.

After all the snow, the wildflowers in the Gorge are promising to be outrageous, and we bet you’re hungry to get outside. So join us for Wildflowers & Wine Weekend in April.

The Columbia Gorge is known for unique and compelling vistas, and botanical wonderment that is unique to the region. The two combined make for awe-inspiring experiences in nature, whether you’re a hearty hiker or you poke along.

We add wine tasting, because heck, what better way to end the day? You’ll have fabulous views there too, and quirky history to boot!

If you’re wanting an epic hike in the Gorge during peak wildflower season we’ve created an all-inclusive experience for you: 2 premier and under-visited hikes, followed by 2 stellar wineries for tour and tasting. We even pack you lunches and throw in a dessert wine reception (See more below or go here)

One guest shared, “we came because the hikes sounded doable and wildflowers are amazing…the food and wine was great, but what we ended up loving best was the camaraderie with others we met. This whole weekend was great, we’ll be back!”
