Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapist, please give us 24-hour notice if you must cancel or change any treatments. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours or no show will be charged the full treatment fee. If you cancel your room reservation you must also cancel your massage reservation.
